Jeanne Verlhac
Jeanne Verlhac is a young French illustrator based in Brittany in northern Finistère. She studied illustration at the École Estienne in Paris and then at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels, graduating in 2023. She enjoys creating playful, colourful and humorous works, often inspired by pop culture. She has also worked as a bookseller and participates in exhibitions and collective works. Abi jette l’éponge (2024, Versant Sud Jeunesse) is her first book. She has published Aurore se lève, created for the GwinZegal Art Centre, and collaborated with Georges magazine.
